CASE MANAGER SERVICES

Our case manager's goal is to be a "bridge" from school to the community and provide the services students need.  We provide counseling, referral for medical service, vision, and tutoring.  Our best efforts are made to pair families with the most appropriate resources available in our community.  Our case manager is also available for family needs such as: bus tokens, food referrals, shoes, coats, and other basic necessities.  During the holiday seasons, we also make certain our students are given toys and gift baskets to enhance their holiday celebrations.  If you or someone you know is in need, please contact the school office and ask for Lupe Valdivia.
